Do to the fact that all of my items are handcrafted, there are no returns exchanges or refunds unless the circumstance is extenuating.  I do not operate like a mass merchandiser, outputting units by the minute!  In fact my operation is quite the opposite:  I take a great deal of time painstakingly making sure each and every detail is made according to your specifications and in the isolated cases where they are not, I will take full responsibility for it.

My mission is to be sure you are happy if not thrilled with your purchase, which so far – knock on wood –  has been the case only with an exception of several occasions.  If this happens, I will do everything in my power to correct the situation and in most cases I have gone beyond the call of duty to make up for it.

I have even replaced items that were broken due to neglect.  I will do everything I can to make you happy.
