This idea came from my wanting so badly to be by the ocean when I could not. I wanted to see the various hues of green and blue of the ocean and to collect shells. So I reinvented the scenario with calming wave sounds in my mind and wire wrapped my fantasy.
Labradorite is one of the most fascinating gemstones to be seen, found or held. If you move it slowly under light, the colors changes. This flash of light is what is called the “Schiller Effect”. Through a prism, hues of blues, greens, orange, purple or yellow can be displayed like magic when hit at the right angle. (NOTE: Not each gemstone is the same, so Labradorite may vary from stone to stone in shape and color but you will be assured a top quality gemstone).
Labradorite is also known as the ‘stone of vision’, guiding you towards a positive future while looking at your past in a constructive manner. It is said to help you find your calling in life.
